EVENT INFORMATION + VENDOR AGREEMENT

Event Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026

Event Hours: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

Vendors should plan to arrive early enough to be completely set up before doors open. Exact vendor arrival/setup instructions will be sent to accepted vendors.

By submitting this application, you understand that:

• Vendor spaces are limited and applications are subject to approval with a $60 vendor fee

• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Approved vendors are responsible for bringing everything necessary for their setup unless otherwise discussed with Aevum Studios.

• Setups must remain within the space assigned to each vendor and cannot interfere with walkways or neighboring vendors.

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event and removing all belongings/trash at the end.

• Vendors selling food or beverages are responsible for complying with any applicable licensing, permitting, food-safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements for their business and products.

• Vendors are responsible for their own products, equipment, personal belongings, transactions, and payment processing.

• Aevum Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.

• Vendors may be photographed or filmed during the event, and event content may be used by Aevum Studios for social media and promotional purposes.

• Vendors are encouraged to promote the event and must tag @aevumstudios.co when sharing event-related content.

• Once an approved vendor space is paid for and reserved, vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
